Summary: One single lift out for our whole stay, 3 days. With current lift maintenance plans, how does that happen? The hotel hides that it’s a contractor hotel where contractors stay. Dissatisfied

Summary: The bunk bed for the kids was so rickety that we couldnt let anyone sleep on the top bunk. Even after the maintenence staff supposedly fixed it, it wobbled so badly. The lift was out of order and we had to walk up multiple flights of stairs with all our bags. We arrived in time for check in, but unfortunately the room wasnt ready and we waited for an hour before giving up to go away and come back again. The door to the stairs was right at the door to our room and it was very noisy all night. We werent made aware that the pool was in an attatched leisure club, and there very crowded and busy. The menu is simpbasic options,

Summary: The room was very nice. (Room 318) Just a little warning. Don`t know if it's a regular thing but there was a beer delivery at 7am Friday morning and it went on for about 30 mins just below our room. It didn't bother us as we are early risers but I could see it would annoy some people. The staff were very nice and we've no bad things to say about the hotel in general. We will stay there again in the future. If your determined to go looking for faults you'll find them, as with anywhere you go.

Summary: Greeting on arrival was friendly. Room was clean and spacious. First morning breakfast was poor not much choice or much left when we went. Different experience next morning more better. Only gripe not much off fruit selection. But otherwise ok

Summary: Room phone was out of order, mugs were damaged, couldn’t use gym or other facilities as they closed it earlier. This hotel needs improvement in terms of facilities and house keeping. Made complain twice but no action.
